A cleaning charge, payable upon booking, will be incurred per pet to account for a deep clean of the hotel room following check out. Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are exempt from this charge’’.
Premier Inn say ‘Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, we don't allow pets to stay at our hotels’.
If you truly are pet friendly reaching out and stating on your web site that ‘’We don’t tolerate dogs; we absolutely love having them’’ which will go down well with bookers is a reassuring statement.
